Dr. Oddity is the brains behind Oddity Labs. He is constantly turning out new and amazing inventions. His most prized invention is Lab Assistant GEORGE, who was created from a number of failed creations, a few popsickle sticks and his mom's vacuum cleaner. Dr. Oddity is also the owner of the largest collection of potions on the continent.

Dr. Oddity and Lab Assistant GEORGE are currently working on a scientific way of putting a stop to Anti-Fun. Crazy Dave asked the two lab experts to help him spread Kid-Fun everywhere while at the same time reducing the effects of Anti-Fun. The results have been impressive. Levels of Anti-Fun are at a five-year low and Kid-Fun levels have slowly been rising everywhere. With the help of Goofy Gilbert and his toy fortune, Anti-Fun might soon be eliminated!
